What makes a big difference with other limo companies is our customer service. We don’t just sell tours, shore excursions or transfers but our goal is to make your trip to Italy memorable.
Italy Express Travel’s customer service will reply in a few hours, usually in less than two or three hours if we receive your request between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm, time in Italy.
If you don’t find our reply within 12 hours please contact us again. We always reply to all emails so something went wrong.
Sometimes it happens that emails containing prices are blocked by spam filters and end up in spam folders so please always check spam if you don’t receive our reply in a few hours.
