What happens if your flight is delayed?
Don’t worry. If your flight is delayed you don’t even need to contact us. Our driver will track your flight and will meet you at the arrival hall of the terminal even if your plane arrives hours later than scheduled. At no extra charge, obviously.
What happens if for some reason (bad weather, for example) your flight number changes?
In this case you should contact us immediately and we will reschedule your arrival, at no extra charge.
Where does the driver meet you and how much time does he wait?
For transfers from Fiumicino airport to Rome (or Ciampino airport), Tiber Limousine Service driver will wait one hour and half from the moment your plane has landed, to give you all the time to get your luggage and get trough customs, at no extra charge. Please contact our emergency number in case of problems with luggage or customs and the driver will wait for you even more time. Meet and greet location is inside the airport, at the meeting point sign of the arrival hall of the terminal where you flight arrives. After booking we’ll send you detailed instructions and pics.
